Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Because our granola is a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we stand behind every batch we make.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you're not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

A few things to note:

  • We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders where the incorrect flavor was selected at checkout
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If your package was damaged in transit, please include a photo when you contact us so we can resolve it quickly
  • Approved refunds are processed immediately and will appear back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
