We want your granola to arrive fresh, fast, and ready to enjoy. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. We ship via USPS and UPS to all 50 states.
Local Pickup Prefer to skip the shipping? You can find us in person at any of our farmers markets or pick up your order from one of our local stockists across the South Shore, Cape Cod, and beyond. Check our Where to Find Us page for current locations and market hours.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your granola all the way to your door.
A few things to note:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has shipped
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right
